Ignite/Incubate
The Ignite/Incubate Leadership Program is a forward-thinking initiative created to cultivate and empower emerging leaders within the Lions and Leo community. This program offers a unique opportunity for participants to enhance their leadership capacity through interactive workshops, hands-on projects, and one-on-one mentorship. Focused on developing core competencies such as effective communication, strategic planning, and team leadership, the program prepares Lions and Leos to confidently assume leadership roles within their clubs, districts, and beyond.
By fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and service, the Ignite/Incubate Leadership Program seeks to inspire participants to become transformational leaders who drive meaningful and lasting change within their communities.
